又係時候happy friday下啦,平時好小過中環飲野,不過今次朋友介紹話有間好有本土特色既bar,話帶我試試佢。🎈室內環境呢度有indoor同outdoor座位既,我地好怕熱,揀左坐入面,呢度既牆身裝飾都幾有心思,一個個霓虹燈招牌,又用左常見於舊屋邨既磁磚,好有懷舊feel。🎈Menu我地叫左1個Small Plate,2個Large Plate,2杯野飲,最後仲食埋甜品添。🍴🍴🍴🍴✨成人黑牛一坐低當然嗌反杯野飲先啦,見到佢地d cocktail既各幾得意咁。成人黑牛用左Jack Daniel’s Whisky、可樂、一大球haagan daz 朱古力蛋糕,底下仲有粒粒椰果。飲落口幾smooth,甜甜嘅朱古力雪糕好似中和左酒精咁。✨夠薑思樂冰朋友叫左呢個夠薑思樂冰,以Ginger Beer同Vodka為主,再加入Rasberry同冰粒,一齊拎去blend。本來我哋冇為意係有rasberry,見到杯野係紅色都嚇一嚇,不過飲落口,又覺得rasberry既存在幾重要,酸酸甜甜咁,幾易入口。✨ 沙薑風味炸雞翼伴酒菜一定唔少得炸物,我地就叫左個沙薑風味炸雞翼,廚師將雞翼切成單骨雞翼,方便進食

伴酒菜一定唔少得炸物,我地就叫左個沙薑風味炸雞翼,廚師將雞翼切成單骨雞翼,方便進食,粉漿入面混合左沙薑,食落有淡淡既沙薑香味。

黑漆漆既呢碟叉燒,就好似黑貓咁,外表冇橘貓咁討好,但其實好可愛好熱情。咁呢碟叉燒,外皮微脆,肉質就煮到係jelly狀,入口即溶,醬油方面就用左常見於新加坡菜既黑醬油,令叉燒多一分甜味,就咁食唔加飯都唔會過鹹。

再黎就係呢個鵝蛋形既器皿,一打開,撲鼻而來既XO醬味道,首先見到有隻好吸引既温泉蛋,(心裡已經mark起佢了),個人就覺得雞頸肉比其他部位實肉小小,唔會話油,都唔會嚡口,比較中立。

最後甜品時間,我地order左西班牙油炸鬼Churros,配有榛子朱古力醬同檸蜜意大利芝士醬,中意清新d既可以沾上後者,中意sweet d既可以沾前者,我就覺得2個醬都好正啦。 🎈總結
本來諗住黎飲杯野,chill下,但d食物實在太吸引,食下一樣,食下一樣,就食齊成個晚餐。通常去酒吧飲野,d食物都係一般般,但呢間何蘭正就做到2樣都出色,一定會再黎啊!
