To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近從外國翻來香港渡假的家人，家人難得聚在一起，今次同他們來到米芝蓮二星粵菜「營致會館」，食材優質美味，受顧客喜愛，洋溢著中式風味，遠離急促的生活節奏，享受廚師精心炮製的美食，那一刻大家覺得很幸福和高興。進入高級會所餐廳，裝潢擁有高尚的格調，裝飾好靚，環境雅緻，整齊優美，舒適寫意，乾淨整潔，氣氛輕鬆。鴿鬆生菜包鴿鬆嫩滑有彈性，口感豐富嚼勁，令人品嘗到鮮味，生菜包新鮮入口清爽，兩者配搭天衣無縫，提升了味道很清新，令人食指大動。花雕無錫醬烤肉腩排單單看樣子已經令人唾涎三尺，烤肉腩排咬落去啖啖肉，肉質鮮嫰，彈牙豐盈，加入花雕及無錫醬，口感豐富，芳香的味道仍在口中留戀。荷香金華麒麟雞麒麟雞肉質鮮嫰，順滑可口，味道很好，我食不停口，正合我的口味，吃得滿足。荔茸藏珍盒荔茸熟度拿捏得很好，炸物非常香脆，彈牙爽口，肉質鮮嫰爽滑，香氣撲鼻，恰度好處，特別美味，我們都很鐘意。營致會館（中環）地址：中環干諾道中41號盈置大廈地下G05、107及108號舖

鴿鬆嫩滑有彈性，口感豐富嚼勁，令人品嘗到鮮味，生菜包新鮮入口清爽，兩者配搭天衣無縫，提升了味道很清新，令人食指大動。
