最近傾到個PROJECT 返黎,當然全靠全TEAM 人既努力啦,所以全 TEAM人都決定一齊去慶祝一下,食餐好既,慰勞一下自己先。由於大家都係夜間動物,所以大家都決定晏啲先食,大家做下RESEARCH之後,知道原來【回到味來】做緊個好抵食既雞煲海鮮半放題式火鍋套餐, 皆因佢招牌惡魔雞煲係無限添加的,嘆完個雞煲,仲有7款足料火鍋湯底繼續打邊爐。有6-8款既生猛海鮮拼盤, 仲有本地手切牛頸脊連同其他新鮮火鍋配料(共60款)。飲品方面都有14款揀,當中包括有自家制既飲品。但重點是原本HKD 248,原來我哋宵夜時段21:30入座只係HKD 188咋,真心抵食到呢。不得不讚下佢個誠意前菜:金蒜咸蛋蒸扇貝,粉絲滲滿新鮮扇貝流出既鮮甜味,加埋香濃既金蒜咸蛋一齊放入口,實在是有驚喜喔。「招牌惡魔雞煲」:雞件份量很足,4個人食其實已經好夠飽,要提一下佢既辣係比出面一般雞煲辣少少的,所以我哋只係叫左小辣,因為都幾怕食唔到。火鍋湯底方 面我哋揀左「莞茜皮蛋湯」,個湯底一到,我哋就急不及待咁放晒所有海鮮拼盤既食物落去,印象中有有生猛海蝦4隻、大大隻新鮮鮑魚4隻、大蜆、小蜆等等(記得店員哥哥有提到,海鮮配搭會

火鍋湯底方 面我哋揀左「莞茜皮蛋湯」,個湯底一到,我哋就急不及待咁放晒所有海鮮拼盤既食物落去,印象中有有生猛海蝦4隻、大大隻新鮮鮑魚4隻、大蜆、小蜆等等(記得店員哥哥有提到,海鮮配搭會因時令而作出更改,不會另行通知。)

海鮮拼盤既食物都非常新鮮,特別是海蝦,店員送黎既時候仲腳撐撐的。鮑魚即使焯熟了仍然很大隻肥美。佢既本地手切牛頸脊足足帶一板,牛味極濃,雪花紋極之平均。

火銷鍋配料方面,我哋揀左韮菜餃、豆腐卜、蟹肉棒、肥牛片、炸響鈴、炸魚皮、白菜仔等, 我哋都食到好飽,實在太抵食了吧 。極力推介比身邊朋友仔。 

野飲方面,非常欣賞佢既自家制竹蔗茅根( 1渣)計的,好清甜,唔會淡口,值得一試。

整體黎講我哋都好滿意呢一餐慰勞宴,大家都食到捧住個大肚腩走,滿足致極。
