要瘦唔一定要唔食嘢,生酮飲食就係可以飽住瘦!除咗去鋸扒,我就最鍾意食火鍋,渝味曉宇同生酮達人唐貝詩 首創咗生酮火鍋套餐,只要按生酮點餐紙去點菜,就可以食住瘦,就算同非生酮飲食嘅朋友一齊打邊爐,鴛鴦鍋都可以滿足唔同嘅需要。生酮養生花膠雞湯,雞同花膠份量都多,佢仲好細心有生酮豉油同埋生酮湯底refill ,火鍋肉食以蛋白質為主,豬心爽口又唔肥,仲可以增加肌肉添!另外主食仲新加入海帶麵,飽肚又低醣,仲有埋生酮特飲,以生酮糖漿沖調唔怕高醣。依杯生酮雜莓梳打微甜酸。依家係蟶子季節,雖然細細隻但好甜口
