闊別半年後又一次黎帝苑食Lunch Buffet，諗起佢地最出名嘅甜品,鐵板牛粒,燒烤已經留晒口水。平時都好少食Lunch Buffet, 原來都好多人,一點左右黎到已經差唔多滿座，無他嘅，食物質素好自然吸引到食客。講多無謂，一開場先嚟個我最喜愛嘅冷盤及海鮮大燴(長腳蟹,青口,蝦, Cold cuts)，大路嘢不過好鮮甜。(必食)再黎就係熱食，款式幾多，都有二三十款，都係眼闊肚窄樣樣試少少。。。。。。去片鐵板牛粒 (喜愛牛肉必食)韓汁蒸豆腐都辣辣地都幾好味!牛仔骨亦唔錯，啱晒我地呢啲牛魔王。另外帝苑Buffet嘅中湯又係唔錯，好足料。今日係蟲草花煲雞，一口氣飲左兩大碗，掛住飲都唔記得左影相。食飽飽再黎個自制健康海鮮沙律最後甜品時間，因為食得太飽了，原本打算放棄甜品，但經過甜品COUNTER時又受唔住引誘，食左(Tiramisu，班戟，面包布甸，再嚟多兩杯迷你甜品)。即點即做斑蘭班戟，Cream又多又滑，YUMMY！朱古力同士多啤梨甜品，面包布甸都好好味最出名嘅Tiramisu實在太好味了(必食)，但影相又好肉酸，為免影響食慾最後都係無影到，極力推介!!! 最後飲埋杯
