To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又是忙碌的一天,除了約了客戶外,我午餐多數幫襯快餐店及茶餐廳,一來價格相宜,二來快。我自己對食物有少少要求,無奈工作及銀包所限,總不能每餐大魚大肉吧,對午餐要求只是飽肚及不難吃,中上環餐廳衆多,卻不是每間做到。今天光顧大快活,甘筍馬蹄汁雞胸配紅米飯,今早做完Gym比平時更餓,叫了多飯。這個餐感覺上較為健康,雞胸脂肪低又有豐富蛋白質,紅米飯比白飯多纖維又低GI值,雖然是甘筍馬蹄汁看似健康,醬汁要煮得惹味,一定會加入大量油鹽糖,所以一定要走汁或少汁才健康。
