午餐同同事去咗定食8,今次係第二次食,仲好食過第一次,雖然貨仔唔同高級壽司店,但哩個價錢係絕對無得彈。(上圖係我偷食咗壽司飯)左邊係係黑蒜豬軟骨烏冬,個蛋令人印象深刻,仲係流心,無煮過龍,烏冬唔會淋哂,豬軟骨份量好足,味道唔錯。左上有個煮過嘅海苔(有啲好似膠,透明,但唔好誤會😂),我將佢放咗落三文魚麵豉湯裡面焗熱,去到最後再飲都仲好熱,滿意。壽司最後先食蛋會比較好,海鮮都好新鮮,切得唔薄,三文魚唔瘦,近腩,好好食。帶子大大啖,口厚好好,個蛋係雪過嘅,最後食就無咁凍啦。哩個係同事叫嘅鰻魚飯,燒得比較焦(半條個皮係黑色)但佢話味道唔錯,食到一半佢已經開始飽,最後食哂條魚。最後講下餐廳環境,燈光比較暗,人手同屯門分店一樣都係少,出面會比較慢,衛生當然都唔係特別好。
