先來嘅前菜係有腐皮、海藻同沙律等,味道較清新,可以為嚟緊嘅食物打好底!叫咗杯接骨木花冰啤,飲落甜甜地,夠晒凍,好易入口,幾鍾意,不過好似隻隻味都差唔多咁~花竹蝦配墨魚籽,蝦肉好甜好爽,師傅連蝦殼都整到好脆俾我哋食,配埋墨魚籽鹹鹹香香~白金鯛配海膽醬,見師父1個人要整俾好幾位食客都好有心,白金鯛先炸後焗,口感特別,魚肉唔會好乾!法國紫甘筍,食落比一般甘筍更甜!重頭戲係京都A5和牛,師傅會表現噴火一幕,好吸睛,我就揀咗5成熟。真係煎到啱啱好,唔會話好油膩但又夠淋身,牛味亦夠香~仲有煙肉炒飯同蜆肉湯,好飽!仲有一大碟炒椰菜~最後仲有雲呢拿黑糖雪糕!
