踏入權八, 看到朱紅及深啡的木質裝潢, 古味盎然, 甚具江戶居酒屋的氛圍和韻味, 而又位於北京道一號28樓, 無敵海景, 美景加美食, 絕對讓人留下深刻印象. 權八旗艦店佔地面積相當廣, 而且分區清晰, 例如Omakase餐區、炭燒區、壽司亭, 也有角位的廂房、開放式主餐區, 飽覽維港景色.今年食神常在, 吃到好多美食! 朋友點了cocktail例如Yuzu Mojito $108, 夠晒fresh~  另一杯忘了是甚麼, 但也獲好評!我認為若想在權八來個happy hour配些小食很不錯, 例如燒鱈魚條及枝豆$58. 首先極上三色卷 $438 (碎吞拿魚腩、海膽、三文魚子), creamy的海膽與咸鮮三文魚子是絕佳配搭, 而碎吞拿魚腩滑滑的, 也十分美味!幾款壽司也讓我們吃到讚不絕口. 我就特別喜愛慢煮鮟鱇魚肝, 好幼滑! 其他鮮甜的壽司則有鰤魚、金目鯛, 油花滿滿的赤身燒大拖羅及厚切慢煮帆立貝. 十分推介酸汁伴牛筋 $68, 作為熱門菜之一, 牛筋軟嫩入味, 配搭酸汁醒胃不嗆喉.這客宮崎豚肉胡麻沙律,$168 豚肉肥瘦均稱兼大大塊, 細心一看, 有果仁及炸蒜片, 清新之餘又香口.晚

壽喜燒應該也是夠吃日本菜的原因之一吧~  A5和牛壽喜燒 $498, 有冬菇、蔬菜及薯粉, 記緊要和時間競賽, 和牛不要淥太久~

從頭到尾, 菜式也準備充足, 就連綠茶雪糕, 也是權八自家製, 以若竹綠茶製成雪糕, 特別甘香, 我就更喜愛慢煮而成的十勝紅足, 兩者在香脆的最中餅上發揮得淋漓盡致.
