To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由於在酒店範圍不敢拿起相機到處拍攝,簡單地攝下一張餐廳的照片,我倆被安排座於靠窗位置,望著海景,雖景觀有一定的雜物未為全海景,但非繁忙馬路就已算不錯。這晚的餐單為二人套餐,兩人合共為$1900及收取加一服務費。先來「澳洲白酒」,對酒不熟悉,只在有時喝上兩口,只知道這杯對我來講容易入口,散發水果的甘香甜味道。酒後到「餐包」,芝士脆餅、法包、果乾麵包等等,每款都挺不錯,吃著很是滿足。薑味三文魚他他配香脆白飯魚蘋果沙律伴香草檸檬醬 (6.5/10)風乾薑片插在小瓶三文魚碎肉內,三文魚肥美不膩,沾上檸檬醬酸咪咪的很是誘人,一旁蘋果沙律也不容忽視,小顆圓滾滾乃爽口蘋果肉,伴上白飯魚及爽脆生菜,為平凡帶來一點異樣色彩。赫維灣海鮮鍋配紅花忌廉及蒜香多士 (8/10)份量超巨型的海鮮鍋讓我倆都不禁嘩然,師傅更言此鍋本來份量為供三至四人享用,但鑑於兩人關係內容已是減半,可但如此豐富實在胃納少點都不行呢。四片蒜蓉多士香味不算強烈,忌廉味道有點像香港的「葡汁」,但恰好微微淡香配上稠身如泥蓉的紅花忌廉又很是相襯,廚師更說可以把忌廉與湯拌勻融合,但知道時湯已漸冷未能一試,實在遺憾。儘管眼見湯內泛起小如細泡般油圈

儘管眼見湯內泛起小如細泡般油圈,但喝時又不感油膩,質地薄而不稠,入口順滑,海鮮香氣濃郁,味道相當足夠。至於主角海鮮都絕不失色,每樣都既大又鮮,該爽口的爽口,該彈的彈,內容包括:蟹、蝦、帶子、青口、蜆等......份量與質素兼並。 *推薦

和牛要了五成熟,熟度對,外圍邊位開始變熟中心仍為粉嫩,還有些許血水開始緩緩滲出,入口柔軟無筯,牛味濃郁,加上經燒烤過的烤香,相當迷人,惟獨其脂肪位有部份實在太密集,厚厚的肥肉質感入口仍相當明顯。
