電視節目入面,一提起深水埗餃子店,就一定會介紹圓方,其實我多年前都有幫襯過,印象中並非如此出色,但最近又有節目介紹,所以就再一次嚟俾多次機會佢。門外已經有大大個餐牌,非常清晰。呢度除咗有著名嘅餃子之外,仲有粥粉麵飯、腸粉油器等等。嚟到圓方一定係食餃子,我就揀咗西洋菜餃拼韭菜餃,雙拼都唔使加錢,$29有八隻,價錢合理。魚湯比較啖口,不過勝在夠雪白又冇腥味,用嚟餃子放湯配搭唔錯。因為兩款菜都屬於深色嘅蔬菜,所以憑外表係分唔到兩款餃子,但食落就味道分明。西洋菜餃同韭菜餃都係多菜少肉,基本上係九比一嘅比例,我就幾鍾意。餃子皮不厚不薄,尚可接受。但佢嘅豬肉食起嚟有啲筋,我吐咗幾粒,不過太不雅不便拍照。諗住淨係食餃子有啲dry,但食粥又成肚水咁,所以就叫咗碟腸粉食。我揀咗鮮滑牛肉腸粉,不過就令我覺得好失望。首先佢嘅腸粉一啲都唔滑,皮亦都非常厚,仲可能係佢嘅豉油味道,令我覺得食起上嚟微微帶酸,不過我見佢係新鮮製造,所以都冇要求更換。另外佢嘅鮮滑牛肉一啲都唔滑,目測簡直係好似煲湯瘦肉咁鞋口,最後我都冇食哂。其實深水埗仲有好多好好食嘅餃子有待大家發掘,特色嘅餃子餡又有,更加皮薄餡靚嘅亦有,所以大家除咗睇
