今天要去旺角中心附近拎新配好既眼鏡,眼鏡未拎到,肚就開始打鼓🥁,因為夜晚約左人食buffet,下午都晤好食太飽,四圍揾緊野食時,見到幾個學生揸住一袋二袋煎餅行過來,上網八卦下,先知有間煎餅店在旺角中心落左戶。我地平時好少來旺角中心,都唔知呢度有野食,商場一樓有好多鋪仔,即系好似葵涌廣場咁,行到最尾,見到有好多人企響度立食,呢度系三四間小食鋪,其中有一間就糸我地見到d學生食緊既「老come煎餅」。原來呢間「老come煎餅」系大有來頭,正如佢店門口招牌所講,系天後月賣萬份煎餅插旗旺角。望下個餐牌,我地揀左個招牌煎餅系列之北京烤鴨,兩人share,買煎餅加豆漿,豆漿就半價,著校服豆漿就免費,晤怪得咁多學生哥幫襯,溶入氣氛,即時令我地呢d老餅回憶那些年的故事比左錢之後就等叫號,在香港要發展呢類小食鋪的確是不容易的,小小店面但好可能好貴租,檔口不集中,聚不到人流,人工水電樣樣貴。同臺灣夜晚唔同,根本冇呢種食街文化。所以我地都好佩服佢地年青人創業的精神鋪頭得兩個人,一腳踢。我地個餅開始做啦,整餅師傅在轉轉枱上攤開一勺面糊,攤平一張皮之後,在上面加左個蛋。再用T形棍將雞蛋均勻鋪在面皮上。熟練的將餅轉

咬一啖咔咔聲,面皮的Q感加上油渣餅的香脆形形鲜明對比,味覺十分豐富。面醬包住既北京烤鴨很軟滑,好好味
伴有香菜蔥的調和,食到青瓜的flash。不過提得一提既糸,真的要新鮮熱辣食,如果攤凍左,應該就唔好味了。
