和朋友相約明閣小聚菜品真是驚艷每一碟都好精緻看出廚師的用心烹制味道也是沒得說給我印象最深的就是那碟「鮑汁脆皮花膠素千層」平時花膠湯就喝得多，第一次試花膠的另一種煮法，外層香脆、內裏軟糯，鮑汁的鹹香又將花膠的味道昇華，總之，這是一個非常讚的嘗試，試過之後一直讓我回味！另外，竹絲雞炒飯也是香滑軟糯，一點沒有竹絲雞本身的那種味道，反而更多的是雞肉特別的香氣，而且是石鍋裝盛，保溫度很好，這個也推薦紅燒蟹肉燕窩羹，看名字就覺得好養顏，吃完燕窩瞬間覺得自己皮膚美美噠，料好足，肉眼可見滿滿蟹肉和燕窩，
