To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

嗰日經過呢間野，佢有個$70牛扒餐。我哋梗係試吓啦。講真侍應生服務非常好佢嗰個餐唔食意粉唔食飯仲可以改焗薯講真都好對得住果$70，直情要用抵食來形容焗薯方面如果比多 哨牙cream俾多少少，咁就一百分。總體都好食嘅，係我銅鑼灣食神要求高。扒方面，唔使講嘢，扒得好，肉汁係留喺中心，但我明白由於價錢方面，所以佢改細少少。都OK。因為幾好食所以冇乜挑剔，總體來講食得過，行過路過絕對可以試吓我最後有一點小小意見，我哋嚟食飯，唔係來聽偉論，收銀如果講少啲野，大家耳根清靜好多，感恩！

焗薯方面如果比多 哨牙cream俾多少少，咁就一百分。總體都好食嘅，係我銅鑼灣食神要求高。

扒方面，唔使講嘢，扒得好，肉汁係留喺中心，但我明白由於價錢方面，所以佢改細少少。都OK。

因為幾好食所以冇乜挑剔，總體來講食得過，行過路過絕對可以試吓
