To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

成日經過，見佢環境幾好，第一次食alfafa， 餐牌唔平，有啲期望。腸胃唔係幾舒服，想食清淡啲無咩選擇，$107 食個沙律:個牛油果🥑係發黑色，好硬，好難食，好唔新鮮;凍冰冰嘅程度係隻碗出晒倒汗水，食落凍到冰心，易肚痛唔食得生冷野就不宜吃！食完有啲頭痛水杯超污糟，黃咁咁，有污漬，有懷疑係咪拎左隔離枱用完未洗嘅黎。希望餐廳檢視一下，如果洗唔到，餐廳要換新杯啦，有成5間分店唔好咁求其。Alfafa 標磅健康優質食材，百幾蚊食個沙律估唔到係咁嘅質素，好失望隨餐的蘑菇湯，餐包微暖，熱茶，還可以，一百蚊的價錢水準。重點個沙律真係唔好食，環境ok 都補唔番
