To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

貪呢間 Delifrance 多數有位，方便等朋友。招牌煙三文魚白汁碎蛋法國百吉包+跟餐田園沙律($69)：收銀小姐問我係唔係要凱撒沙律，因為我同友人傾計，我只係聽到"沙律"就應咗佢"係"，後來睇單點解收多咗幾文呢，才發現跟餐田園沙律可以加幾文轉凱撒沙律，不過我今日想食田園沙律多啲，佢退錢比我。味道，普通沙律一碗，算新鮮，OK啦。煙三文魚白汁碎蛋法國百吉包：呢個包，喺香港無食過歐洲嘅咁正，Delifrance都唔例外，不過就唔太硬，但亦唔夠香，香港算可接受。白汁碎蛋，完全無留意佢嘅存在。煙三文魚都係普通啦，有少少味，又唔太重。啲配菜都新鮮嘅。成件事係進食困難囉。
