世記,我細細就聽過呢個名啦!的確,我由幾歲人係大埔臨時街市已經幫襯世記,由當時一碗$16到宜家$30一碗麵加一碟豬扒,都係我到街市食野既頭幾位選擇,宜家世記已經搬到大埔新街市,環境及空間都比以前好了,幫襯既人都比以前多N倍,經常性坐無虛席,星期六,日幫襯你揾到位坐都要等最少十幾分鐘以上先有得食,都幾誇張,所以我通常都係朝早或三點半後幫襯,基本唔洗等位同因為人小,食物既質素係比超忙既時段好,呢個就係小店既缺點!有位坐低,舖頭入面已經貼左個餐牌係度由上而落可以每樣選一樣,我簡左菜肉雲吞+上海粗麵+炸豬扒。同時提提大家,雖然叫上海麵,除左粗麵係之外,個幼麵係硯水麵黎,並唔係上海幼麵;我當日係朝早幫襯,所有等左幾分鐘就有得食睇圖都見到,份量都算多,一碗麵,四粒雲吞同一塊厚豬扒,而且只係三草野$30有交易,平靚正,嫌大份唔要豬扒只係餸加麵$24,好hardsale,講番野食先湯底係普通味精湯,小小鹹,同食果時可以加小小佢果隻辣椒油,好惹味!!而上海粗麵就唔係平時自己要過冷河味果種,麵質比較軟身,似粗碌公仔麵既感覺,到菜肉雲吞係白菜豬肉餡,七分菜三分肉,一口一粒size,餡料調味都適中,亦因為一口

係白菜豬肉餡,七分菜三分肉,一口一粒size,餡料調味都適中,亦因為一口一粒既size,食下食下就好快食晒4粒雲吞;最後就梗係塊炸豬扒啦

係咪厚身豬扒先,無假架!豬扒應該係無調味,因為食豬扒時係無味,有味既係個脆皮,所以係脆漿直接調味再沾上豬扒去炸,雖然豬扒較厚,但炸得唔會韌,我係佢個廚房小小既窗口見到師父係豬扒未炸前都會一刀上炸漿先炸,令肉炸時不會過份收縮
雖然好香脆同豬扒鬆軟,唯缺點係炸好既成品脆漿係唔好(痴)塊豬扒,因我習慣食前會浸一浸湯先食,咁食個脆皮會外軟內脆,但浸一浸有時成塊脆皮甩出黎!咁多年都無變,哈哈!
