To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次來到呢間灣仔嘅餐廳，真係一個讓味蕾翻雲覆雨🌪嘅體驗！好多款嘅點心都出奇不意，好似滷水鵪鶉蛋燒賣，呢個組合實在太神奇喇！燒賣因為有咗滷蛋增添咗一種深厚滋味，微噴辣香，令人一試難忘。蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃嘅新鮮度真係一流，蝦肉彈牙，而菠菜嘅清新感覺就像係在炎炎夏日中飲到一大杯涼快檸檬水咁清新怡人。嗰啲香滑嘅黑金流沙包，咬落去流出嘅熱滾滾黑糖砂糖好夠哂意思啊😍！高級嘅灣仔飲食體驗又點少得一試佢地嘅飲品，紅豆沙奶蓋滑過任何我飲過嘅奶蓋飲品，令人唔可以唔再嚟多幾次。整體回到呢個地方，感覺就似食咗一頓新潮又滿足嘅午餐，非常值得推介嚟一個悠閒嘅周末與三兩好友共享🍽️🥟。離開後，腦海之中依然揮之不去嗰碗口水汁龍利魚腸粉嘅微辣與鮮美，完全係想起都會咀嚼餘韻嘅一餐！下次，我一定會再返嚟試下其他款點心，或者再次感受下嗰令人意猶未盡嘅黑金流沙包。
