To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

新裝修後，第一次再來，現在開揚及西味重些，以前較ｗａｒｍ，有些中式設計，我喜歡已前多些，記得上次又是星期五，好多小菜都沒有，有些失望，今次食些簡單：生菜鴿碎包＄１３８，爽口，有榛子，肉質嫩，ｏｋ！鮑魚菇翡翠苗＄８８，廚師推介，聞花生油香，ｏｋ，但唔係咁誇。頭抽雞半隻＄７５，細雞，好嫩，豉油好香，味美。ｍｅｎｕ有好多靚甜品，留肚要食，終於叫桂花蛋散＄３８，不負所望，賣相好靚，食落溶化，掂，彩色糖絲樣靚，當然唔是咁好食膠口。
