To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經好耐無寫食評,今次不得不寫!呢間位於中環既日本餐,剛剛過去一星期就食左佢兩次,點解會食佢兩次呢?一次因為工作需要,另一次因為幫朋友慶生,同時因為佢用既食材非常新鮮,我地一行5人叫左兩個刺身拼盤,刺身拼盤係俾高級食材,佢係吾會俾三文魚你食嫁!另外6款串燒,其中一款係雞棒,出面食串燒多數會俾生蛋,呢到就俾溫泉蛋,不過味道就濃多啲!另外牛舌都係無得輸,食完要再encore ,另外仲叫多左個炸蝦卷,因為有朋友吾食生野😅,飲品就飲生啤🍻,生啤啲質感真係吾同啲,夠冰凍又滑😋 朋友們都非常滿意餐飯,食到佢地肚滿腸肥,佢地既服務態度都非常好!上食物速度都夠快😆值得一讚👍🏽幸好有訂位,因為星期五個個都出黎Happy Friday,好食既餐廳真係食多幾次都吾怕呀😆
