作為Omakase, 起碼壽司飯要做好食過幾次,今日第一次忍唔到要講一講佢既海膽 三文魚子係好既但個飯底 真在太離譜首先,無醋味,無甜味,無咸味,可以話係白飯,仲要熱上。二來,紫菜食到好淋,無味,又一pat,叫軍艦真係好難想像,一pat淋既紙包住唔實既飯,一夾就扁最基本壽司兩樣功夫。廚師都做唔好咁係唔係只係可以食 sashimi ? 叫唔到omakase唔夠材料定唔識整壽司飯?食客想食到既係壽司飯既酸甜,點少少豉油會提鮮白飯加魚生實在太恐怖希望唔好浪費個食材入返有質素既紫菜學下整壽司飯既味道

二來,紫菜食到好淋,無味,又一pat,叫軍艦真係好難想像,一pat淋既紙包住唔實既飯,一夾就扁

最基本壽司兩樣功夫。廚師都做唔好
