To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為新店,我又未食過呢間,入去試吓。第一次,下午茶時段,叫左餐蛋治🥪,蔥油豬扒飯加蛋,麻辣雞扒米線。三文治餐肉係厚切,很好!👍🏻👍🏻豬扒飯的飯量少,蒽油有咩制過,好似啱啱切出嚟咁,豬扒又係冇咩處理到咁,冇味。食麻辣米線的第一口感覺係:換咗招牌,廚房係同一組人。第二次,晚餐時段,叫左咖哩牛腩飯。跟根據上次嘅經驗,我同服務員話”多啲飯”,佢話冇得多飯,只可以少飯。飯量🍛如圖,但好明顯用一個扁身嘅碗 cup 返出嚟,d飯已經撳到扁晒,好似漿糊咁。牛腩大嘅有6-7 小件,咖哩汁也是很少。飯🍚、牛🐮、咖哩都唔好食,分量又少,好似係$65 定$68 不包飲品。第三次,早餐時段,叫左沙嗲牛肉麵,必須要改出前一丁,因為佢係福麵我唔想要,另外加錢有多士同蛋。食唔到出前一丁個湯粉同麻油,沙嗲牛肉似鮮牛肉多d,冇乜制過。完
