To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我食過跑馬地同埋佐敦嘅牛奶冰室咁其實食一個早餐或者午餐喺牛奶冰室食呢都OK嘅我諗我個人就覺得佢個午餐係好食過早餐嘅早餐如果對比起其他茶餐廳嚟講就真係唔係太好食午餐就性價比都算高嘅呢個係早餐🤣雞球麵

星期天☀️，睡醒已是11:00，都過了早餐時段，便打算去吃中午飯，小朋友們👧🏻👦🏻便說要去吃「🐮牛奶冰室」，因為是他們近期的至愛飯堂。還好，剛剛有張六人枱，小朋友們都愛吃豬扒，便點了兩份焗一口豚肉意粉（香濃蕃茄汁），婆婆點了鮮茄🍅滑蛋豆腐鮮牛肉湯飯，爸爸點了芥菜咸蛋肉片湯飯，而媽媽愛吃酸菜魚湯跟白飯。中途有一個笑點，就是媽媽大鄉里出城，她不知道檸檬茶是新鮮冷壓製，沒有加檸檬片🍋，真的比笑死了😆。今次是媽媽第一次跟我們去吃牛奶冰室，她說這環境很舒適，食物方面都好味，賣相都吸引，下次來試試他們的晚餐。

半間餐廳無人，坐低左叫你起返身。個員工淨係識指指點點叫你坐一邊同掃QR code 。之後老遠點左個位，不過其實係坐左人，同佢講左三次都聽唔到，一味淨係識叫你坐低掃QR code落單。 之後好不願意下俾個位你，好似一切都係我嘅錯。食物極奇離譜!!!! 早餐成碟都係炸炸炸，勁多油，所有食物非常重油味，用料劣質，極度唔健康。牛餐肉粒上面淋左個透明蒜蓉汁，極度不知所謂。炸粟米件油味非常的重。奶茶水準以下。收碟的動作就最快

下午茶餐牌寫「嫩滑炸雞髀」，嚟到係超柴皮炸雞髀，又乾又（鞋），分別向兩位職員詢問係咪出品係咁，佢哋都係回覆話驚唔熟，真好笑，薯條又係好乾，鴛鴦又冇咖啡味，點解呢個集團品質管理咁差，個炸雞髀可以做香港嘅榜首-係全港最難食嘅炸雞髀。

嚟食個便餐, 要手機點餐, 吃個常餐吧！點知冇得點飲品, 問服務員冇人理, 最後搵到話要確定咗個餐出番去再點飲品到時喺單內扣數？好唔一體化, 再到食嘢時發覺冇匙羹, 好唔容易搵到人, 就問番你轉頭點會冇？？？跟住攞完比我重要講咗幾句悔氣話！！！都係上深圳消費好好多😅
