今日下午約了靚太食lunch, 天氣很好,我地行左去Fashion Walk睇下有乜好食,最後揀左Coedo。坐低先知原來Coedo Taproom是日本高級啤酒釀造商Coedo開設的概念串燒酒吧,我們決定食左個main後再叫串燒,嘆番杯啤酒Yakiton & Egg Donburi $96~炭燒雞肉質滑嫩,加上滑蛋,大量的洋葱和紫菜絲,不錯!Trio Bento $108~三色便當(炙燒三文魚沙律,生薑燒豚肉和鹽燒鯖魚)鹽燒鯖魚~鯖魚魚皮微焦,非常香口,魚味香濃,肉質濕潤,加幾滴檸檬汁更加清新!生薑燒豚肉~豚肉口感柔軟,配上大量洋葱,薑蓉,芝麻和葱粒極為惹味!炙燒三文魚沙律~三文魚火炙後還可保持魚肉鮮嫩,加埋酸酸甜甜的沙律汁和蟹籽非常滋味!Coedo有多款獲獎無數的世界级啤酒,每一款手工啤酒百分百以麥芽釀製 ,不添加任何人造防腐劑及添加劑。 所有手工啤均由日本運送到港,全程保持4度冷藏,我和靚太當然要試下laShiro(白)~店員介紹了Shiro給我們,這是未經過濾的小麥啤,具有水果柔和的香甜味,口感順滑,用來配串燒超爽!Unagi $48~鰻魚肉質柔軟,鰻魚味濃!Angus bee
