To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Boxing day出黎睇下戲，睇完去左飲茶，揀左始創的海港。兩點幾黎到，要等位，張飛係G8，呢個號碼真係…😅開左壺普洱，茶味認真差，得個苦字無茶香😂⭐香煎蘿蔔糕無乜蘿蔔絲同臘味，個糕本身又無調味，好彩攞左碟辣椒醬。⭐蔥花炸兩腸由三條腸粉變成六粒，縮晒水。有兩粒油炸鬼脆，其他啲好淋，ok啦。⭐蟹籽燒賣皇賣相雖然唔靚，但味道正常。⭐香芋燒腩卷芋頭夠粉腩肉大件，甜甜地都幾好味。⭐上海小籠包見枱枱都叫以為有咩出名嘢，點知又係蒸到乾曬身嘅小籠包。⭐臘腸雞粒飯啲飯蒸都一pat咁，臘腸同雞粒都無味，完全唔掂。點心質素below average，勝在張枱幾濶幾好坐啦。
