To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次我和朋友來到灣仔尋找美食，我們非常熱衷吃點心，灣仔有一間人氣點心，心癮開始發作，我們打算到霓虹光管招牌的點心店「龍點心」，品嘗美味，享受美食佳餚，同她盡興吃一餐。龍餃子點心入面有四款不同的口味，龍餃子有筍尖蝦餃皇，松露野菌晶瑩餃，蟹粉菠菜香蝦餃及酸菜魚鳳眼餃，蝦餃皇皮薄餡靚，十分香滑，內裡的蝦卻能保持嫩滑，四款各有特色，味道不俗。鳳尾蝦多士多士炸過好香脆，彈牙爽口，入口嫰滑，剛好恰到好處，細膩美味，讓人一試難忘。蓮花酥好似盛開的蓮花，吸引我的視線，好適合打卡，花瓣食落非常鬆化，紮實彈牙，入面是黃糖甜甜地，別有一番風味。豆腐布丁第一次食豆腐布丁，豆腐味十分香濃，香滑無比，香氣四溢，味道可口。龍點心（灣仔）地址：灣仔軒尼詩道216-218號地下A&B舖

蓮花酥

好似盛開的蓮花，吸引我的視線，好適合打卡，花瓣食落非常鬆化，紮實彈牙，入面是黃糖甜甜地，別有一番風味。

豆腐布丁

第一次食豆腐布丁，豆腐味十分香濃，香滑無比，香氣四溢，味道可口。
