To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

剛好有事要去沙田，順便相約離沙田地鐵站5分鐘路程的Home Square的丼丼屋與朋友聚一聚！🌟春之什錦海鮮丼 $108(定食+$40 配兵庫縣產湯霜牡蠣、日式湯、副菜、甜品及果茶)最近慢慢有回暖感覺，原來餐牌都可以迎接春天的到來！呢個定食限定供應到5月30日，想食就要趁早了。丼飯表面佈滿配料，有燒鰹魚、鯛魚、三文魚腩、吞拿魚、特大赤海蝦及三文魚籽，每件刺身目測都切得幾厚，鮮味十足！定食還附上兵庫縣產湯霜牡蠣一客，湯霜法輕燙牡蠣完全鎖住天然鮮味！🌟春之海鮮盛 ($50)因為刺身真係新鮮好吸引，所以加配多一份，精選了3款刺身包括燒鰹魚、鯛魚和三文魚腩。鰹魚食得出燒烤煙燻味，鯛魚和三文魚腩都好鮮甜，特別喜愛三文魚腩的油脂感。🌟十勝豚丼(特盛定食) ($123)呢款是餐廳推介之一，實物跟照片一樣豚肉表面有燒肉迫出嘅油脂感，豬肉切得有一定厚度令咬口感十足，入口即感受到燒肉油香，配搭拌勻燒汁的珍珠米，燒汁微甜食多兩啖都不覺膩。
