To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一生首個open rice 嘅食評竟然係寫比翠豪園…話說今日下午茶時間好鬼肚餓，於是就order左4個蛋撻，一杯奶茶同埋一個波蘿油。個波蘿油唔係太多油，都叫做可以接受，但係個奶茶明明叫左走冰，但係飲完之後發現成口冰…真係無奈😓𣎴過最後蛋撻仔挽救左我，真係嘅蘇皮嘅蛋撻！😃P.S.D蛋撻下午四點出爐，記住早d叫啦!😁
