過往煲仔飯係時令菜式,冬天總會食番煲嚟暖身,不過宜家就唔一定喇!對煲仔飯嘅聯想係要去啲好「地」嘅地方先至有風味,但原來食煲仔飯嘅地方,都可以坐得舒適兼有玩味,就好似「點煲」,舖外牆身「降龍18掌」的霓虹招牌,頗有玩味!店舖標榜No. 1首創備長炭煲仔飯,以及備長炭火燒雞。備長炭源自日本,好多日式串燒店都會用上,燒出嚟嘅食物更有木炭香,所以我都好期待用備長炭煲出嚟嘅煲仔飯。食招牌菜之前,先食咗個前菜「花雕浸雞腎」,雞腎入口帶酒香,鹹度適中,口感爽脆。金銀蒜開邊蝦煲仔飯:成煲飯上枱已經香噴噴,開邊蝦很新鮮,配上金銀蒜同幾滴自家製燒豬油,香上加香。飯粒分明,金黃色嘅飯焦,卜卜脆之餘,又帶有焦香味。備長炭火燒雞是現場即燒,需時30分鐘,食過之後,絕對值得等待!雞皮脆到不得了,拎住隻雞脾嘅時候,炭香味撲鼻,雞油滴曬落我隻手,一口咬落去,皮脆肉嫩,雞油甘香,好正😋雖然有「剪雞大法」說明書,不過我實在太雞手鴨腳喇!有勞服務員,只見佢剪得何其專業,手起剪落🤭真心覺得服務員主動同回應快👍🏻
