疫情過後第二個Halloween,蘭桂坊嘅雖然酒吧少咗好多,但就算平日夜晚都算幾多人流,唔少人扮鬼扮馬都幾有氣氛👻 正日當然更加不得了🎃 去party前食返啲野打底唔駛頹食嘅,直接係蘭桂坊果度上樓已經有特色野食 今次我地揀咗摩洛哥菜🇲🇦,係由一對超friendly嘅摩洛哥表兄弟開嘅,保證夠正宗!夜晚仲要開到零晨3點,係樓下pub跳到攰可以上黎坐下飲下野食下野摩洛哥菜好有阿拉伯重香料嘅特式,加上有🇫🇷法國+西班牙🇪🇸殖民色彩,好有特色之餘都比想像中啱食前菜我地試咗必食嘅hummus,呢度嘅鷹嘴豆嚟好滑,可以配雞肉或者黑松露,我地揀後者個黑松露醬超香🍄🟫帶子輕輕seared過仍然好彈牙,🧄配蒜香牛油汁帶出帶子自身嘅鮮甜,非常好食🧈Halloumi cheese亦係cuisine signature,大塊芝士扒煎香至外脆內軟,羊奶做令芝士口感比較有顆粒,但唔會有臊味,配黑醋沙律變得好清新🥗主菜嘅lamb shank份量超大🍖,肉燜腍到唔駛用刀切都分得開,但仍保留到肉質嫩而唔霉口。同樣地都係無羊臊味,用羊肉整嘅香腸 (aka羊腸) Merguez仲惹味添sides就當然要試吓北非小米cous

sides就當然要試吓北非小米couscous🍚,拎兩spoon壓扁佢再喺上面淋上🍅veggie casserole,蕃茄醬炆煮過嘅🥒翠玉瓜同茄子🍆已經好腍,係非常富摩洛哥色彩而且好健康嘅配搭

而且自家製嘅甜品baklava係用nuts同syrup整嘅filo pastry,味道比較甜
