To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

家人生日,十人同行,以信用卡優惠慶祝來享用自助晚餐。也許適逢星期天之夜,偌大地方未見滿座,部份四人卡位空置。麵包蟹蓋,就如那粉紅色的什麼一樣可遇不可求。廚師每次添加,只有三隻蟹蓋,其餘皆為麵包蟹的其他部份斬件。眼見有「識食中人」一次盡掃所有蟹蓋。為何專揀蟹蓋?貪其膏多也。肥仔奇整晚亦僅拿得兩隻蟹蓋而已。眾所周知,麵包蟹肉不如長腳蟹肉鮮甜可口,惟有其膏堪比坊間膏蟹有如鹹蛋黃般的鹹香鮮味。經常吃自助餐者必知,此等開邊龍蝦冷盤,但食其「龍蝦」二字而已,實在灼得過熟,口感韌實,龍蝦味淡,惟有一點點龍蝦膏稍作安慰。即開生蠔爽口彈牙,新鮮而蠔味足。奈何酒店自助餐通病,開蠔者老是用水洗刷一番,致令蠔殼碎沒了,海水味也沒了。煙三文魚無渣,鹹度適中,可惜魚味略淡,油份不足。巴馬火腿味道意料之內,鹹鮮而無臭豬味,合格。澳洲和牛切得太薄,煎得過熟。若能要求一厘米厚切五成熟,估計不輸扒房出品。鵝肝多士油香豐膩,無禽鳥臭味,質素比得上同區朗_酒店,可一可再之選。羊架極嫩帶血,可惜肉嫩而味淡,中規中矩。特意叮囑雪糕位師傅,每款味道只要半球,如是肥仔奇分兩次共嚐了七種味道。冷盤尚有各式凍肉、凍蝦、長腳蟹、沙律、刺身

甜品有曲奇餅、各式蛋糕、芝麻糊、豆腐花等。

肥仔奇吃自助餐從來不貴不吃,不精不吃,沒有吃過的也就不予置評了。
Other Info. : 雪糕位旁邊有一有如兒童天地般的一角,有夾糖和扭蛋機,很適合帶小朋友的家長。
