To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

光顧元氣壽司多次，亦join了member，一直都覺得新鮮、好味、款式又多，職員都有禮貌下單，唯獨太和元氣壽司分店職員就較為態度差。與家人在太和元氣壽司食晚飯，我見到前面有位女職員，舉手示意她下單，這位操鄉音，束馬尾的女職員迎面行緊過來，當佢行到我前面望了我一下就直行走左，完全當冇見過我，勁離譜！心情唔好就唔好搵客人做出氣袋出氣啦！我又冇得罪佢，食個飯都要受氣以後都係幫襯高速線，至少可以自己㩒機落單，唔洗睇職員面色仲要受氣。
