人參燉雞係韓國食得多,但個湯咁重參味,如果放牛肉、菜等等既配料落去煲,其實個味就會好甘,好難食得耐,所以無乜餐廳敢做韓鍋打邊爐,但係The Joomak近排竟然敢用人參燉雞湯做打邊爐!當然要去試下,個湯唔太濃,但參味一樣出色,原來大廚用左大量人參鬚去燉,仲加左好多杞子、紅棗落去,所以個湯有參味,又唔澀,加入清甜既藥材齋飲個湯已經好滿足!加埋法國春雞D肉滑到不得了,雞裡既既糯米仲好軟腍清香,加1++韓牛前小腿肉落去煮,肉味濃又唔肥膩,激讚!最驚喜就係呢度有好生猛既龍蝦,去到我地面前仲郁郁下,放落另一煲羅宋湯煮,肉質好彈牙!最不得了還是最後的芝士紫菜飯,加入羅宋湯內做雜炊,所有配料既精華都集合係飯粒度,加埋芝士味道相當濃郁!
