To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 稻香做完一蚊雞,又做一蚊乳鴿,今日來會一會佢。乳鴿原隻上,沒有斬件,有一些愛護動物的人可能會感到反感,我也有點不習慣看到這樣的乳鴿。味道不錯,部份位置醃得有點太鹹,但整體有肉汁,鴿肉也亂,幾好食。黑毛節瓜螺頭燉鮑魚汽鍋湯,材料都幾豐富,湯未至於十分鮮味,但都可以,如果吃湯渣的話,這一碗都可以半飽。花膠雜菜煲比想像中大鍋,湯底不是清水,而是稍帶鹹味的湯,當湯喝也無不可。蔬菜種類豐富,有西蘭花、小棠菜、娃娃菜、雜菇等等,絕對健康。松露鮑魚滑雞煲,鮑魚最少也有五六粒,不會太難咀嚼。雞煲味道不算太鹹,醬汁也不算濃,還可以,不過完全吃不到松露的味道,只看到一點點黑色懷疑是松露的東西。
