落咗咁多日雨終於都好天,係時候出大埔搵食,途經見到呢間唔太起眼嘅小店,主打麵包雞,睇落幾有特色,一於買黎同太太今晚撐枱腳。麵包雞每日現烤,唔會隔夜,只係簡單用鹽、糖及秘製雞粉調味,烤全雞要一小時製作,食午餐前order,食完飯去攞就時間啱啱好,新張期間仲有手打檸檬茶送添,天時暑熱邊行邊飲真係份外解渴。烤全雞用餐廳自製保溫袋包裝,拎上手時好墜手,隔住袋都可以聞到陣陣香味,袋面仲有推介幾種食法,相當有心思。返到屋企第一時間開餐,撕開包裝紙後香氣更濃烈,全雞好大隻,食落雞肉好嫩滑,食得出係新鮮雞,烤雞醃得好入味,秘製雞粉更能帶出雞嘅鮮味,沾埋餐廳送嘅辣粉,辣辣地好惹味。外層麵包烤得香脆,吸收晒雞汁後夾雞肉食又係另一番風味。
