To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日既第一餐, 選擇咗久違既華姐清湯腩.下晝一點鐘左右都要排一陣隊.入到去, 其實好多人, 地方的確唔算舒服, 但係為咗清湯腩都無所謂.入到去, 叫咗碗清湯腩河.平時食開好重味既腩河, 今次食清湯腩去挑戰一下自己既味蕾.清湯加咗幾粒蔥花, 只有淡淡的一點味清湯味.牛腩好瘦, 只帶有一點點肥肉, 令口感咬上去更淋.牛肉味從清湯裡嘗出簡單的美味.可惜今天沒有吃蘿蔔. 下次再戰吧!
