辛辣咖哩雞肉($138)


因為試過很多次在香港吃印度咖哩,侍態說是小辣的Masala其實都是改良為無辣的,所以今次我們特意點"very spicy"的辛辣咖哩試試。


辛辣咖哩對於平常食開三小辣的我來說,有辣勁之餘又不會辣得太辛苦,辛辣中帶點微酸,香料味重,用來配印度薄餅一流。咖哩可選配雞肉或羊肉,由於朋友不吃羊,我們就點了雞肉,雞肉軟腍不會太鞋口,配著咖哩汁而吃非常惹味。

蒜蓉烤餅($28)


蒜蓉烤餅有兩小塊,蒜蓉味雖然不算特別突出,但餅底不過韌帶點彈口,蘸上辛辣咖哩來食味道都非常不錯。

焗飯份量都幾多,夠二至四人食,焗飯除了有青口和鮮蝦,還夾雜了椰青肉,白色的醬汁帶有清香的椰青味,清新之餘沒有椰奶的膩感,都幾特別。

總結,食物整體出色,餐牌內其實還有很多其他泰國和新加坡菜,但礙似人少試唔到咁多,有機會下次會再來試其他。
