To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

向來喜歡吃越泰嘢,雖然唔食得辣,但鍾意佢哋有少少辣好惹味🔥今日去咗聯和墟,呢間越泰餐廳好多人,難怪,價錢ok味道更ok👌香茅雞翼好香🐔,而且唔會得雞皮有味,雞肉都有醃過嘅香味~最重要層皮夠脆,雞翼又夠大隻😋我真係好鍾意越式春卷,佢塊網皮一絲絲咁好好食~裏面除咗有啲肉,仲有芋頭之類~如果可以跟埋生菜薄荷葉嚟包就更加好🥬~呢度嘅份量都係偏大,呢個泰式肉鬆咖喱菠蘿雞粒炒飯上檯時成座山咁🏔!面頭好多肉鬆,完全無同你慳👍!炒飯好香咖喱味,但又唔會覺得辣~而且雞肉粒菠蘿粒都多,啖啖飯都有材料~佢嘅泰式椒鹽金不換豬扒香口得嚟有少少辣🌶,而且豬扒勁大塊🐷,好抵食!如果鍾意食香口嘢同泰國菜嘅,呢間真係唔錯,難怪當日間餐廳咁滿~
