To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有日經過黃埔 一場黎到就上黎美食坊呢到睇下有咩好食😛聽聞呢到係雲集左最出名最有特色既美食。我地行左個圈黎到盡頭位見到呢間都唔錯就試試☺️ 因為成兩三點時間過哂lunch 人流都比較少<客家黃酒薑絲煮滑雞>朋友話呢道餸係屋企煮好大挑戰 所以出到街有得食都會試試😂 意外地佢由上碟到食完 酒味仍然仲會一陣一陣咁飄出黎 好香😋而且雞都浸入左酒味👍🏻<唐芹老干媽滑雞>望落覺得辣 一直食到尾都有少量辣。唔太食辣既朋友可能未必考慮 底有少少汁送飯食正👍🏻我地另叫左兩款小食 <椒鹽豆腐><椒鹽排骨粒>順便一提佢配搭既飯都係白飯、三色飯、有機飯等等... 職員都好細心講解飯既配搭 食得健康😬
