Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間藏身於觀塘工廈入面嘅小廚，估唔都連夜晚都咁多人幫襯（好彩有訂位），今次嚟主打係要食佢哋個招牌芝麻雞~芝麻雞 - 招牌菜，真係必食！ 超香芝麻味，皮夠脆而雞唔老白灼東風螺 - 爽身又脆口，點少少辣椒豉油吊味已經好鮮甜蝦餅 - 幾彈牙，不過油咗少少火腩龍躉扣 - 見到有好少有嘅魚扣菜式就緊係要試吓啦，不過食落係薑葱同火腩多過魚（價錢問題都明白嘅）食得唔係好爽皮，情願佢收貴啲比多幾舊小炒王 - 睇落好豐富但食落麻麻地咋喎，最大敗筆係啲腰果唔脆嘅炸蠔餅 - 即叫即炸夠新鮮好香脆，蠔仔細細粒但份量多加埋個炸衣同勁多葱係邪惡又美味 （呢度係可以見到個叔叔即場喺度炸，勁）蜂蜜欖角骨拼椒鹽白飯魚 -欖角骨正常甜甜哋幾好食；但係好神奇哋個白飯魚係無味，要夾埋啲炸蒜先有返少少味道，R 曬頭
