To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在剛過去的一星期天氣認真一般,是日仍是天雨濛濛,真是名符其實的憂鬱星期一,幸好拿了半天假和男友外出慶祝我們的週月紀念,才不至於太過懨悶;王子體貼的接我下班後說想吃燒肉,本想去伊呂波或盛八大吃一頓,但想到時間不早晚上又訂了餐廳,還是選了價錢比較相宜的牛角。天雨關係由公司走到LCX已近二時,剛好過了一輪午飯高峰期,等了大概五分鐘便能入座;這分店與其他分店的裝潢差不多,整體以深啡色為主,配合射燈的運用,感覺高檔,而其望維港的賣點是日湊巧被停泊在外的郵輪遮擋著,不然會更開揚。燒肉定食C $59不想吃太多紅肉,簡單的點個雞腿肉便好,午市定食包括一碗昆布湯、牛蒡絲、無限添加的白飯和一杯餐飲。牛蒡絲混入了少許紅蘿蔔絲,滿有麻油香,口感爽爽的吃起來清新不俗;雞肉略略用醬油醃過,燒得微焦剛熟後蘸著桌上的麵豉醬同吃,一口肉一口白飯,新鮮熱辣的好美味!牛角五品燒肉定食 $99除一般的午市定食外,還有數款商務午餐可選,價錢由九十九至一四九不等,定食包括一碗昆布湯、前菜三盛、無限添加的牛角飯、一杯餐飲和牛角雪糕,非常豐富。前菜三盛包括泡菜、麻油菠菜及牛舌,每樣份量都只有數口,淺嚐了少許的我覺得普普通通;盛盒端來

除一般的午市定食外,還有數款商務午餐可選,價錢由九十九至一四九不等,定食包括一碗昆布湯、前菜三盛、無限添加的牛角飯、一杯餐飲和牛角雪糕,非常豐富。前菜三盛包括泡菜、麻油菠菜及牛舌,每樣份量都只有數口,淺嚐了少許的我覺得普普通通;盛盒端來的時候令人眼前一亮,每樣食材都有一至兩件,當中以牛仔骨最為可口,肉味濃又軟腍,蜜糖腸像司華力腸般大份,質感爽口有驚喜,其他的燒物味道亦出色,和男友都忍不住大呼好吃。

難得來到,我們多加九塊錢將那牛角飯升級做香蔥玉子牛角飯,半熟的溫泉蛋窩在中間,旁邊是鹹香的脆紫菜,飯粒勻圓濕潤,瘋狂的攪拌後不加任何配料也好好吃,前後追加了三碗。而雪糕有抺茶及雲呢拿兩種口味可選,在吃畢熱辣辣的燒肉過後來一份實在合適,雪糕香濃軟滑,即使是套餐附送也有配上黃豆粉和焦糖醬,比一般的更顯心思,討好合襯。

平日晚上兩個人過來一吃動輒也要四、五百元,現在我們吃得又飽又滿足也不到二百塊,性價比高,有機會一定會再來。
