To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一早聽聞這餐館中菜很有鑊氣! 今日終於有機會試試即燒脆皮乳豬 [$450] (好味指數: 9/10)乳豬皮十分脆口,脆皮下面是熱騰騰的肉. 乳豬肉嫩口, 不"鞋"! 正腐皮卷 (好味指數: 6/10)腐皮炸得金黃脆口的. 內裡包著木耳同紅蘿蔔絲. 味道唔錯! 臘味煲仔飯(好味指數: 9/10)臘味飯用熱鍋盛上, 侍應會於你面前加蔥落d飯到, 然後就起勢地炒炒炒! 一路炒, 一路"咋""咋"聲, 即時香味四溢!個臘味飯十分足料, 有大量臘腸及臘味, 有些花生. 整體來說很香口! 正!土匪雞[$220] (好味指數: 9/10)見佢賣相咁特別所以試下. 不過味道其實同照燒雞無咩分別. 但就賣貴好多了...土匪雞皮又是很脆口, 不過肉有點"鞋"口, 不夠滑. 隻雞企左係度, 食上去有點困難, 好在有手套及刀叉提供! 雜菜鍋 (好味指數: 5/10)個鍋的味道比較濃, 但用料豐富, 有幾款菜, 冬菇, 蝦乾等等蠔餅 (好味指數: 5/10)比較油, 但好鬆脆. 蠔仔份量適中.很滿意整餐飯的菜色, 可以說是色香味也不錯
