每星期要食兩次魚🐟, 才是健康的飲食, 今日食泰國菜 ,專登點了條香料燒焗鰂魚, 燒焗鰂魚製作需時, 食住其他嘢先, 又點了 咖哩麵包焗海鮮 ,牛肉碎生菜包, 仲有 炒椰菜苗 。炒椰菜苗非常好食,鮮嫩翠綠 , 火候剛好。 咖哩麵包焗海鮮, 稍為失色, 冇乜鮮味, 海鮮也少, 牛肉生菜包就太辣, 牛肉有好多筋, 所以食剩好多。😏 重頭戲就係條 焗鰂魚 ,條魚好大, 燒得好香 ,切開條魚時 ,裏面的肉雪白 香味四溢, 問過店員 , 原來係用幾種香料包括香茅 ,金不換, 同南薑, 鋪滿海鹽燒焗 ,加上側魚魚油多 所以非常之香 ,呢個菜好有特點 ,值得推薦。
