To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 學校附近最近新開的韓式餐廳,由於去過幾次韓國都吃得不好,所以個人對韓國料理有一點抗拒。所以開張近三個月才第一次嘗試。從門面看餐廳裝潢企理,內部用餐環境較暗。店員安排了一張長餐桌,座位空間夠闊落舒適。接過午市餐牌出奇地菜式與一般韓式料理不一樣。這餐廳比較多大路選舉,我最後點了一份手工咖哩炸雞珍珠飯,價錢在區內食肆中尚算合理。等待大約十分鐘,食物就送到面前。第一眼看到有感驚喜,整份餐以一木盤上菜,感覺店家有花心思。珍珠米配上海苔絲及黑芝麻,口感滿足之餘更帶有香味。主菜是咖哩炸雞,先嘗一口咖哩汁,咖哩夠濃郁,不會太稀和淡。個人比較喜歡吃辣,略兼辣度有點不夠。但整體是算中上水平,伴飯吃一流。至於炸雞,每塊雞塊也夠香脆,相信是即點即炸的。熱辣辣的雞塊肉質鮮嫩,吃下去夠肉汁,十分香口。整份午餐份量充足,超有飽肚感,十分抵食。
