To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友去左沙田食午餐去左呢間雲桂香食米線, 朋友話佢住附近一直都食開呢間, 話叫我試下餐廳入面都有卡位, 好彩兩個人都可以坐到卡位, 可以坐得鬆動D佢呢度都有幾種唔同口味既湯底,米線之外, 仲可以揀紅薯粉，水晶粉之後揀辣度, 最後就揀餸我叫左個腩肉豬腸小麻辣小鍋米線, 佢個湯底好濃! 入面有肉碎, 芽菜，酸菜，葱同芫茜, 辣得幾過引! 辣得黎仲有酸味我同朋友仲叫左個蒜泥白肉SHARE食, 呢個都好惹味, 上面鋪滿左蒜泥, 入面有青瓜絲, 食落感覺唔會太膩呢間米線應該岩晒鍾意食濃味湯底既朋友
