To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間譚仔三哥，喺西環都算係新開嘅餐廳。之前疫情嗰陣，都有留意佢。最近先至真係入去食🤤。叫咗個大土匪雞翼。細土匪，講真真係唔夠食，只有三隻。嗰種剛剛煎起，面頭又有芝麻，真係絕配🤤。另外就叫咗個牛肉米線，因為我唔係好食得辣，所以淨係叫得10小辣。另外佢哋都好好，如果你驚自己食唔晒，可以叫少麵，仲可以平一蚊！
