To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港人氣馬拉菜淨係咖央多士已經好值得嚟食講起香港嘅馬拉菜，呢間都係數一數二！ 我最鍾意佢地嘅椰香咖央多士！ 最近再去，見到推出新口味～紫菜肉鬆咖央多士鹹甜配搭幾有新意，紫菜肉鬆好香口，多士同樣鬆化，咖央香甜，我同朋友都好鍾意！推介色彩鮮艷的辣死你嗎配仁噹牛肉 $68，牛肉軟腍惹味，唔算好辣，綠色的椰漿飯帶有陣陣椰香及班蘭味，拌醬汁超正！ 還有人氣檳城福建蝦麵 $66，非常足料，有蝦、豬肉、魚片、雞蛋等，湯底濃郁鮮味，我將油麵轉左槮槮，粉麵吸收湯汁，特別好味記得要點埋拉正起哂泡嘅Teh Tarik 拉茶，又香又順滑！
