To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🥢土瓜灣37年老店正宗香港人的糖水小食良心店🥢經典港式糖水店 ,1983 年開業，在香港經歷了37年頭，裝修保留着八十年代風情，有不少電視戲如≪大時代≫都有來過取景，現在來食的都是街坊熟客，除了糖水近年兼賣街頭小食車仔麵及串燒，陳皮魚旦、東風螺、魷魚，之前還有杜生yellow openrice 節目加持，是在區內是少有的良心店🥢合桃糊 $25在傳統糖口中個人比較喜歡食合桃糊，在坊間小店已比較少有，只有傳統舊式小店有發售，合桃聽聞是好補腦，最岩我呢d 無記性既人，食左記性唔知會唔會好d 呢🥢陳皮紅豆沙 $20煲到起晒沙嘅紅豆沙，要用多個小時先先可以做到呢個幼滑起沙效果，食落仲有好香陳皮嘅香味🥢見證住香港37 年頭變遷的糖水店，唯一不變的是舊社區的人情味，食物質素很有小時候食的風味，好值得book mark 定，有機會過來這區的話來幫襯一下

在傳統糖口中個人比較喜歡食合桃糊，在坊間小店已比較少有，只有傳統舊式小店有發售，合桃聽聞是好補腦，最岩我呢d 無記性既人，食左記性唔知會唔會好d 呢
