To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

相信很多香港人想吃拉麵時，便會想起豚王。由他多年前在中環和安里的第一間店起開始吃，見證着他這麼多年來不停開這麼多分店，擴張版圖，雖然水準未必有一開始那麼高，但也可以能說保持水平。中午放飯，便來在中環威靈頓街的分店。由於店舖面積有限，一行三人大概等了15分鐘。辛海老王- 是日限定王，由於不是每一日都有，所以今次便嚐嚐。湯底有濃郁海鮮味，並有一點點辣味，整個湯底鹹味與鮮甜兼備。本人最愛的是經典豚王，以大量豬骨長時間煮成的湯底，百味融於一煎餃也不錯👍🏿
