知唔知咩叫”香港仔味既魚蛋粉?”,係港島區我地可以成日見到呢句口號,因為係出自「南記」既,我呢D新界人好少過海,如果要我諗食咩,我通常都會話食南記啦!好耐無食啦,今次黎懷緬下個「牛腩春卷小鍋米線」,個湯酸酸辣辣,十分開胃,而且唔會有層油浮面,所以次次我都飲一半湯,呢個湯同上海既酸辣湯唔同,呢個比較稀,但酸辣味都重!D米線軟林林,煮得岩岩好,唔會太硬身,仲有D彈牙!牛腩比起我以前食就差左D啦,今日D牛腩有D”UN”,放入口好耐都哎唔開,感覺上D牛腩唔係咁靚,同時牛腩無乜味,吸收唔到個湯既酸辣味。至於春卷,我一向都覺得南記既春卷好好味,平時聽春卷就會諗起酒樓既春卷,脆脆既,入面係素菜,但係呢度既春卷入面唔脆架,入面應該係類似魚肉既東西,食落有D魚肉既少少腥味同彈牙! 林林既春卷浸係湯入面,吸收左個湯既酸辣同精華,兩條春卷真係唔夠喉呀!
